I need help with tickets I've purchased via Amazon

Q. I'd like to change the date, time or name on my booking

        A. For a few shows or events you may be able to change your booking to a different performance date, however only Amazon customer services will be able to make any changes to your booking as we do not have access to your details on our system. Q. I've chosen to collect my tickets, where and when do I collect them?

          A. Your tickets will be available for collection from the venue where the show will be taking place, at the box office ticket collection desk. The tickets will be available on the same day of the performance and it is advisable that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the show starts to avoid being late in to the performance.

If you would like to collect your tickets before the date of the performance please check with us whether this is possible as some venues can print them in advance but some may not.


Q. I've chosen to have my tickets posted, when do I receive them?

         A. Your tickets will be posted up to 7 days before the event. If you do not receive your tickets by then, please contact Amazon customer services on:

Q. I am not sure or can't remember if I have chosen to collect or have my tickets posted

           A. If you have booked a West End show via Amazon then you will collect your tickets from the venue's box office on the day of the performance. There are a few exception in which the tickets will be posted, to confirm this please contact Amazon customer services on:

    According to amazon you made an error which had meant that the tickets I bought as a gift for Bournemouth on 9th December have been moved to a restricted view area and are nowhere near where my in-laws are sat (I had booked seats for them on the row directly in front of us. Why has this happened and why has it taken so long to inform me?
